The absolutely incredible multiplayer hit called PEAK is coming to Xbox and the developers have confirmed it will be coming to the Series Consoles on the 22nd of October 2026. Players will soon be able to team up and take on its dangerous mountain for the first time on Xbox and it’s going to be a right laugh.
If you are unfamiliar, PEAK is all about making it to the summit. You’ll need to climb ledges, place ropes and spikes to help your group progress and search for food as you try to survive the ascent. One wrong move can spell disaster, so working together is key.
You can play PEAK solo but the game is designed around co-op. Whether you’re helping a teammate reach the next ledge or trying to recover after a mistake, every climb can quickly turn into a chaotic scramble.
The game has built a sizeable audience since its 2025 PC release. On Steam, PEAK has an Overwhelmingly Positive rating, based on more than 146,000 reviews.
That reception has helped make PEAK one of the most talked-about co-op games of the past year. Its arrival on Xbox gives Series X|S players a chance to find out what all the climbing chaos is about.
Definitely one to consider, then! The best news is that it’s likely to be very inexpensive when it launches, most likely costing around $9.99 for the Xbox version, so you won’t have to break the bank to give it a try for yourself.
