By Paula Beaton Two new games are lined up to join Game Pass before Christmas, with Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School joining the service in November, followed by Freestyle Football 2 in time for the holiday season.
Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School is the sequel to the original 2022 co-op escape room puzzler, only this time there’s a huge, puzzle-filled open world to explore between escape rooms.
In Coin Crew Games’ new title you can play with a friend in online or offline co-op mode as you join an escape artist school to explore an all-new campus, escape life-threatening puzzle rooms, and unravel a conspiracy as old as the school itself — all before the bell rings.
Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on November 5th, 2026, joining Game Pass as a day one release.
Another fantastic new addition joining Game Pass in the next couple of months is action-packed sports title Freestyle Football 2. This 5v5 online team sports game has a 10-20 hour chapter-based story mode as well as loads of online action with your friends on the utopian island of Lana.
Choose your character, each with their own unique skills and abilities to explore, and enjoy a ton of customization options, from street costumes to animations and character skins!
Freestyle Football 2 is out on December 3rd, 2026 and is a day one Game Pass release, just in time for the holiday season.
There are loads of great games already announced for Xbox Game Pass in November, and we’ll be updating you as soon as any new titles are added to the service for the coming months — so watch this space!
