By Paula Beaton At last night’s Big Break Showcase 2026 we saw a whole host of expansions and updates for existing Xbox games as well as a surprise shadow drop!
Keep reading to find out everything that you missed, including a Satisfactory expansion and an Anniversary Update for Jump Space….
First up, we saw a release date trailer for Lightyear Frontier 1.0, landing on November 4th. A trailer showed off some of the new features included in this latest update.
Set on a stunning alien planet, you’ll farm using your trusty mech, deliver produce to colonies, settle your homestead, collect and manage resources, build, explore, craft, expand and meet your neighbors as you create a place to call home.
Next up at the Big Break Showcase 2026 was an announcement trailer for Goat Simulator 3‘s Ticket to Dizzyworld expansion, out on November 19th. You’ll find yourself in a goat-themed “baa-musement” park, where you can trade Dizzy Tokens for prizes, turn visitors into “baalloons” and “feel the g(oat)-force on the rides the park has to offer.” Sounds like a good time to us!
It’s not a showcase without a surprise shadow drop, and the free-to-play Neighbors: Suburban Warfare is out now, so you can play it today!
This multiplayer party brawler lets you turn disputes over lawns and hedges into chaotic, house-destroying madness. Team up with friends to defend your home and destroy your neighbor’s property using whatever you can find, from slingshots to golf clubs to a tomato. Anything is a weapon!
Jump Space is a mission-based co-op PvE for 1-4 players, you play as the crew of a spaceship and you must survive challenging deep space encounters while exploring your ship and environment on foot and during space walks as well as upgrading your equipment. We saw a trailer for the Anniversary update which will include a reworked inventory, upgraded difficulty level, mission autosave and more.
Jump Space is available to play now on Xbox in Early Access.
The first paid DLC for Satisfactory takes the gameplay to new depths. We got a sneak peek at Core Values, a major expansion that will see Pioneers reaching into the crust of MASSAGE 2(A-B)b in a different setting. There’s new flora, fauna, resources, and more. You’ll develop an underground factory network with new buildings and production lines and Construct, Exploit, Explore and Automate as you uphold FICSIT’s Core Values.
There was big news for Deep Rock Galactic players at the Big Break Showcase 2026, as a teaser officially confirmed Season 07, Season 08 and a brand-new Expansion DLC.
No date on this one yet, but fans can expect it sometime in the next year.
We saw a free 12-player multiplayer Rally update coming for Teardown, with a new lineup of monster trucks and rally cars so you can compete in tournaments, cups and quick races.
“Picture 12 players drifting across Frozen Lake, launching off massive jumps in the Quarry and making a spectacular mess of the landing. That’s the kind of racing we’re here for.
And who says you have to stay in the car? Hop out, wreck your opponents’ vehicles and help your team take the win. Overtaking is much easier when the other car isn’t going anywhere.”
The release date for this one is still TBD, so watch this space!
Our final reveal from the Big Break Showcase 2026 is a developer blog for My Cannibal Family, coming to Xbox in 2027. This multiplayer monster simulator lets you become a mutant cannibal, “build a twisted theme park, then use traps and stealthy attacks to harvest guests within a deadly sandbox of your own creation!”
