Xbox players have just received a surprise addition to the lineup as MotorSlice has officially launched onto Xbox Game Pass today!
Developer Regular Studio confirmed the news via social media, revealing that the game is available right now (5th May 2026). The announcement came in a creative way too with the game’s protagonist appearing in a short video that subtly revealed the Xbox Game Pass logo in the background.

If you are unfamiliar, MotorSlice is a fast-paced action game focused on movement, exploration and combat. You take on the role of P and you will be exploring a massive megastructure filled with hostile machines.
You are armed with a chainsaw and your goal is simple. Take down anything that stands in your way while navigating the environment and uncovering what’s going on inside this sprawling world.
The gameplay in that case is built around fluid movement and satisfying combat with a strong emphasis on momentum and simplicity.
One of the standout aspects which I have seen from reviewers, is that MotorSlice is its stripped-back design philosophy. Instead of overwhelming players with complex systems, the game focuses on core gameplay elements like movement, combat and atmosphere.
