July is already shaping up to be another busy month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers and Xbox has now confirmed two more day one additions that will be joining the service next month.
The latest announcements include The Planet Crafter and Fogpiercer, both of which will launch directly into Xbox and PC Game Pass on day one.
With several major releases already confirmed for July the Xbox Game Pass lineup is starting to look increasingly impressive.
Launching on July 21, Planet Crafter finally makes its way to Xbox after building a strong reputation on PC.
The game currently holds an “Overwhelmingly Positive” rating on Steam with tens of thousands of player reviews praising its relaxing yet addictive gameplay loop.
Embark on a chill experience alone or with up to 8 friends in online co-op. Your mission is to survive on a hostile planet and turn a barren land into a lush paradise. Terraforming is the only way!
Players can tackle the challenge solo or team up with up to eight friends in online co-op making it one of the most anticipated survival games coming to Xbox Game Pass this year.
The second announcement is Fogpiercer, which launches on July 17. Unlike Planet Crafter, Fogpiercer will initially be available through PC Game Pass.
The game combines roguelike progression with deckbuilding mechanics as players build and upgrade a train while battling their way through a dangerous world filled with bandits and hostile encounters. Combat revolves around strategic positioning, environmental interactions and powerful chain reactions, creating a unique blend of tactics and card-based gameplay.
For fans of games such as Slay the Spire and Monster Train, Fogpiercer could be one to keep an eye on.
These latest additions join an already growing list of Xbox Game Pass titles arriving in July which is already looking insane for some upcoming releases. Safe to say the quiet summer months are all but gone these days.
The confirmed Xbox Game Pass Games for July so far include:

- Denshattack!
- Corsair Cove
- The Planet Crafter
- Fogpiercer
With Microsoft typically announcing additional titles throughout the month, there is every chance the lineup continues to expand.

Xbox Game Pass is showing no signs of slowing down in 2026. While The Planet Crafter will likely grab the majority of attention thanks to its highly rated PC release and co-op survival gameplay, Fogpiercer could end up being one of the surprise indie hits of the month.
