It’s been a long time since Microsoft introduced any significant price drops for the Xbox Series X, but that may finally be changing—at least for a select group of players. A new “Just For You” deal has started appearing on the Microsoft Store, offering some users massive discounts on the console.
According to multiple reports, this personalised promotion can reduce the price of an Xbox Series X by as much as 50%. In some cases, users have seen savings of over $250, particularly on models like the 1TB Xbox Series X Digital Edition.
As with previous targeted promotions, this isn’t a universal deal. The “Just For You” discount is tailored to individual accounts and appears to be based on factors such as:
- Subscription activity (e.g. Xbox Game Pass)
- Purchase history
- Overall usage patterns
Early indications suggest that Xbox One users are the main audience for this promotion, meaning current Xbox Series X and Series S owners may not see the offer.
At the moment, most confirmed sightings of the discount are coming from users in the United States. However, Microsoft has not officially confirmed whether this is a region-exclusive promotion.
There’s a strong possibility that the deal could expand to other regions over time, so it’s worth checking regularly if you’re outside the US.
